Business Research operates https://www.bussnes-research.am. For privacy questions use hello@bussnes-research.am. The legal entity name and registered address will be added here when the owner confirms them.
What we collect
If you start an AI audit, we store the name, company, role, optional email, language, and the interview transcript and derived process notes needed to review automation options. If you email us, we store the contents of that correspondence. Server logs may include IP address and basic technical data to keep the service reliable.
How AI is used
Interview audio or text is processed with AI systems to conduct the conversation and to structure process information. Do not share passwords, payment card data, other people’s personal data, or information you are not allowed to disclose.
Why we use the data
To run the interview, review possible automations, reply to you, improve the interviewer, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your interview content.
Sharing
Infrastructure and AI providers process data on our instructions to run the product. We do not publish personal interview pages. Unique interview URLs are unlisted; they are not a substitute for access control, so you should not forward a link to people who should not see the conversation.
Retention
Interview records are kept for as long as needed to evaluate a potential project and to operate the product, unless a longer period is required by law or a separate agreement. You can ask us to delete or correct contact details by emailing ${SITE_CONTACT}.
Analytics
If the site owner enables analytics, we may record page views and button clicks such as starting an audit. We do not send interview answers, names, emails, or tokens to analytics events.
